I was pretty proud of myself this morning.  I've been living such a gluttonous, hedonist lifestyle for quite a while because of all the travel - late nights with a lot of food...I woke up early this morning and went for a run along the Cherry Creek Trail right by the hotel.

How long has it been since I've been running?  I don't even want to think about it.  I must have been 14 shades of purple by the time I got back, but it was so worth it.  I got to watch the sunrise on the Rockies, watch a flock of geese play in the water and got a few minutes to center myself before starting the day.

Magical.

Perfect.
