You know that scene from the Wizard of Oz, where Dorothy ends up in the poppy field, completely surrounded by flowers as far as the eye could see? And it's pretty, but it's also kind of ominous, because it's so surreal? Yeah. That's what this felt like.
So many people are brave enough to embark on a "photo-a-day" project. I'm incredibly jealous of these folks and I've wracked my brain trying to figure out if I'm creative enough to tackle something so ambitious. I've realized something...I'm not. There's no way I can force myself to find something everyday worthy of taking a picture. But, I can focus on other things...namely, things for which I can be thankful. So, that’s my challenge. 365 days of being thankful...it's a goal, not a promise
I love the composition of these pics. The yellow flowers would be overwhelming if you gave them any more space in the pic. I like the horizonal better than the vertical. The clouds are awesome.
