It's Monday.  It's a blitz week, so I'm off to another city - this time it's Denver.  Russ is hosting the group of us and tonight he took us to a restaurant called The Fort.

I guess I don't know if I'm really "thankful" for the experience, but sometimes, it's just dang cool to go to restaurants that are like this.  There's nothing quite like an eclectic menu that pushes me to try new things. Besides, the ambiance was cool and the sunset view was spectacular.
