We took a big step this week.  Daijo officially went traveling with me for work.  I can't tell you how much better it is to spend 5 hours in the car when you have company.  He wasn't much of a conversationalist, but it was really nice to have him there.

The drive went smoothly.  He slept almost the entire way across the state.  Daijo spends the majority of his time either jumping on Venn or running away from him.  Unless we force him to take a time out, he doesn't get much rest.  We stopped to visit a couple of friends on our way into town, which was a welcome stretch after the long drive.

Apparently, sleeping the whole way must have been exhausting, because the minute we walked into our hotel room, Daijo passed out for the rest of the night.
