After lunch was served, the CEO took us on a tour of the facility. It's a beautiful place that I'm sure stands as a welcoming beacon to most of the families that have to use it.

We took a break from the meeting today to go and cook lunch for all the families at the Ronald McDonald House in San Diego. I didn't take most of these pictures because I was busy in the kitchen, but it was a humbling experience. I can't even begin to comprehend what these families go through watching their children suffer so much...

ReplyDeletethat is so cool that you got to take part in that. It's such a great place and they do so much for families. However, I hope to never ever have to stay at one. My kid has done his time in the sick department. ;)
